Mission


The UC Davis Educational Talent Search (ETS) program is a federally funded TRIO program that seeks to assist low-income, first generation students in Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo Counties. The goal of the program is to provide services that assist students in completing secondary school and enrolling in post secondary institutions.

Highlights

We are excited to have two new advisors join our ETS team. 

AJ Ellis comes to ETS with much experience and knowledge of TRIO. He previously worked for the Yuba College ETS program and Cal-SOAP program. He has worked with the Cosumnes River College  Student Access Center supporting students transition to community college and played college football at California State University, Fresno.  

Annaly Sandoval also comes to ETS with great experience working with youth.  She has worked with CSU Monterey Bay Center for Student Success, South County Cal-SOAP, and the Santa Clara Office of Education Head Start Program.  Annaly has just completed her Masters in Education with Concentration in Counseling and Student Personnel at San Jose State.
